June 16, 2009. Jiuzhaiguo means "valley of nine villages" located in Sichuan, China. It's an awesome, inspiring, refreshing beauty. Then I thought...if earth is this gorgeous, how much more heaven? Indeed, the beauty we see here is just a tip of the iceberg. More to see up there.

Feb. 7-9, 2009. The gigantic, glamorous, and vibrant appearance of Kuala Lumpur's Petronas Towers made me contemplate about beauty. Beauty shines. It is something at makes people look and fix their eyes on. But just like the Petronas, beauty is not just about the facade or on what is seen through the eyes. It should be with a foundation within...the character, grace, strength, intelligence and wisdom.

Feb. 9-11, 2009. I walked alone, and thought how many people have walked on the same road I took. Lovers, people young and old, travelers like me...people from different walks of life. Did they, like me, felt the touch of God, as they gaze at the Ruins of St. Paul, or tasted the scrumptous Portuguese egg tarts? Just a thought.
